Independent Community Bankers of Colorado High School Scholarship Requirements Cumulative 3.0 GPA Student, parent/s or guardian/s have a banking relationship at an ICBC member bank or branch for at least six months Complete application, including essay, and submit to ICBC member bank. 2024 ICBC High School Scholarship Competition It is the Mission of Independent Community Bankers of Colorado (ICBC) to: Enhance and promote strong and profitable independent community banks; Advance common legislative and regulatory goals; and Provide a forum that promotes ideas and relationships and the communication of common objectives. Community banks improve our standard of living by funding small businesses, farmers, and use local dollars to assist families to purchase homes and other goods, finance college and build financial security. Community bankers are our neighbors, friends, and a vital component of every community. ICBC will award at least five (5) $1,750, one-time, one-year scholarships which may be applied to the cost of tuition, fees, and/or books at a public or private university or college, junior or community college, or vocational/trade school.
