WOMEN DRIVE THE FUTURE There is a misconception that the auto industry is only for men, and it is time to break this stereotype. According to NADA, women currently make up only 20% of employees at franchise dealerships, a number that everyone wants to improve. The best way to encourage women to explore career opportunities in auto retail is by highlighting the success stories of women who have made it in the industry. Although each woman’s career path looks different, they all have one thing in common: a love for the industry and a desire to make a difference in the lives of everyone they encounter.
