The Leadership Academy class size is limited to 25 individuals in order to provide a meaningful experience utilizing an active-learning model. Participants will meet in person for four one-day sessions that will feature leadership content as well as guest speakers. Sessions will be led by Jeremy Wortman of HRD Initiatives LLC .
