Snow joined Bland in 2013 in a supervisor role. She was promoted to manager in 2014 then to director in November 2017. Prior to joining the Bland family, she held positions in various firms, including stints in Sioux City, lowa, and Nashville, Tenn., as well as a fewOmaha-based organizations.
