NJ CAR wants to recognize General Manager Donald Chittum, Sales Manager Tina Valenti, and the rest of the team at Jack Daniels Volkswagen for lending a new Volkswagen Taos to Nick Boragine, Silvanna Boragine, and their two children. After recently losing all of their possessions in a devastating fire that destroyed their Saddlebrook home, Jack Daniels Volkswagen donated one of their vehicles for the family to use as a means of transportation in their time of need. NJ CAR wants to acknowledge that other neighborhood new car dealers across the State regularly step up to support their communities in hundreds of ways, both big and small. Liberty Subaru recently donated 80 patient blankets and 50 patient care kits to the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center. NJ CAR recognizes Holman Ford Lincoln Turnersville and its relationship with the American Red Cross New Jersey Region — hosting several successful blood drive events and events to build care packages for disaster relief in the dealership showroom. Congratulations to the Barlow Chevrolet team for taking the time to make more than 100 sandwiches for a local organization that provides meals to Camden residents experiencing food insecurity. Barlow Chevrolet and New Jersey’s 500+ neighborhood new car and truck dealers are committed to positively impacting the hundreds of communities where they’re located. NJ CAR recognizes Lester Glenn Auto Group’s recent sponsorship of the Ocean of Love Inc. Bowl-A-Thon at Finnigan’s Bar and Bowl in Lakewood. Lester Glenn donated $7,000 to the charity, which provides food assistance, bill assistance and more for the families of children with cancer. Multiple Lester Glenn locations had teams participating in the Bowl-A-Thon.
