CALIFORNIA REGULATIONS Why has Gov. Murphy rejected the Biden Administration’s rigorous clean car regulations in effect in most other states in the nation and opted, instead, for the unreasonable and unworkable regulations designed by California regulators for the California new car market? New Jersey consumers aren’t like California consumers and the New Jersey new car market isn’t like the California new car market.
