The meeting is an excellent opportunity to brief ly step away from the office and catch up with events in our rapidly changing industry. This year’s theme is “The Future Is Now”. The agenda is designed to offer timely updates on current issues and give us a look into the future. 2014 Annual Meeting and Vendor Event Please join us on June 5-6 at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza Hotel. Situated in downtown Santa Fe a short distance from the Plaza, The Hilton offers easy access the best of Santa Fe culture, dining, and shop - ping. The activities I have participated in as your president have given me a much better understanding of the important role our association plays in New Mexico. John Anderson and our staff of Debbie Schaefer and Sarah Knee do an excellent job for us. I have learned during my time at the most recent legislative session that John Ander - son is a respected and trusted resource for our legislators and the Governor’s office. For the Association to continue in having a voice in state government, we all need to provide financial support to NM Bank PAC. The Association must be able to support candidates and office holders who are supportive of our industry for our voice to
