O V E R A C E N T U R Y : B U I L D I N G B E T T E R B A N K S - H E L P I N G N E W M E X I C O R E A L I Z E D R E A M S Summer • 2014 7 Election of 2014 NMBA Officers and Board Takes Place at the 103rd Annual Convention New Mexico Bankers Association’s officers and new board members for 2014 – 2017 were elected at the recently held 103rd Annual Convention, June 5th-6th. Ken Clayton, President of Western Bank, Artesia was sworn in as President during the Finale Dinner and business session on June 6th. Paul DiPaola, Regional President of US Bank, Albuquerque, was elected as President-Elect. Ron Wiser, President and CEO of Bank of the Southwest, will serve as Secretary/ Treasurer for the Association, and Alan Austin, President of NewMexico Bank & Trust, Santa Fe, will serve in the capacity of Immediate Past President. Newly elected board members include: David Hockmuth , President for New Mexico Region, Wells Fargo Bank, Albu- querque; Steve Wells, President of Los Alamos National Bank, Los Alamos; and Jon Hitchcock, President and CEO of Pioneer Bank, Roswell. They will serve three consecutive years, effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2017.
