Elevated vehicle prices, tight supplies, and improving new vehicle inventories will likely prevent any nearterm rebound in used vehicle sales. As shown on the graph to the left, the three year old or newer market held up relatively well so far this year. Used registrations of three year old or newer vehicles declined 3.5%.
