What is the most important thing you have learned from this career so far? The numbers matter, and I won’t argue that, but the relationships are more important. I have built great relationships with customers and co-workers over the last 10 years, and I’m grateful for all of them. Those relationships have been tested and solidified during good times and bad, but being a positive asset during those times is always rewarding.
