Go to wildlife.utah.gov/esmf.html The Endangered Species Mitigation Fund On March 14, 2022, HF Sinclair Corporation (NYSE: DINO) was established as the new parent company of HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners, L.P., and marked the completion of their respective acquisitions of Sinclair Oil and Sinclair Transportation Company from REH Company (formerly known as The Sinclair Companies).
