winter 2014 17 Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS) is pleased to announce ten graduates from the State of Utah. These executives completed the three year PCBS graduate-level educational program focusing on leadership, risk management, and financial performance in the financial services industry. Participants attend a two-week resident session each August on the University of Washington cam- pus in Seattle, Washington, and complete six written extension assignments and an original management thesis. PCBS granted Certificates to the following bankers on August 30, 2013 in a ceremony at the University of Washington. This year’s graduating class consisted of 204 individuals representing a diverse mix of financial institutions from twenty-seven states and one American territory. Twenty-two people had their management reports selected for inclusion in the PCBS Lending Library, including Mr. John Paul Marriott from First Utah Bank. Congratulations to these ten Utah graduates who join the ranks of over 10,000 prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School alumni who have completed this program. n Sheila M.
