In Person: Return your ballot to your local general registrar’s office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. 2. Drop Box/Satellite Location: Refer to the instructions mailed with your absentee ballot. 3. By Mail: The ballot must be postmarked on or before election day and received by your general registrar’s office by noon on the third day following the election. Find Early Voting Location Registered voters may vote early, beginning 45 days before Election Day until the Saturday before Election Day.
