Through three generations of Hollands, Doug remained steadfast, solid and sturdy, with a strong sense of responsibility. Doug supported his manager like a rock — present every day and reliable. Not only that, but he was very punctual too. Much like a well-fitting, comfortable hat, it’s hard to find ‘em made like Doug anymore. So our hats are off to Doug.
