He has been a commercial credit analyst for seven years and has experience in the commercial and agricultural industries. Martin is cofounder of Foster the Need, which provides supplies for children in foster care, and is active with the YMCA of Kokomo. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Katie Crumley, Hoffer Street branch manager, has been promoted to assistant vice president. She has been with the bank for six years, working on the retail side. Crumley is a member of the board of directors of Project Access. James Davis has been promoted to assistant vice president, compliance officer. He began in banking as a part-time teller while attending Indiana University, then pursued a career in emergency medicine, culminating in a 13-year career as an airborne combat medic with the U.S. Army. Davis continues to serve with the Indiana National Guard. He has additional experience with the Department of Homeland Security, FinCEN and the Indiana Counterdrug Task Force. Whitney Wright, Hoffer Street assistant branch manager, has been promoted to bank officer. She has been with the bank for two years and was named Best Bank Teller in Kokomo in 2019. Wright is active with Kokomo Urban Outreach. Natalie Morrow has been promoted to Junction Crossing branch manager. She was a part-time float teller from 2007 to 2011, rejoined the bank in 2018 and most recently served as Pebble Village assistant branch manager. Morrow began her banking career in Kokomo in 2005. She serves on the board of Noblesville Softball as a division commissioner, umpire in charge, public relations officer and coach. Bonnie Riley has been named assistant vice president, executive banker. She joined the bank in 2019 at the first Westfield branch and most recently was Oak Ridge branch manager. Riley began her banking career 25 years ago at Kentland Bank, where she served as a teller and assistant credit supervisor in agricultural commercial lending. She joined Regions Bank 15 years ago, and in 2008 she joined The National Bank of Indianapolis, where she was a management and operational leader. Riley has been active with OneZone, serving two terms on the Carmel Chamber Membership Committee and eight years as an ambassador. Additionally, she is a past student mentor with Starfish Initiative, a former board member of Prom Genie Inc. and a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. Brandon Jeffries has joined the bank as assistant vice president, Oak Ridge branch manager. He has 10 years of banking industry experience and has held a variety of management positions within Hamilton County. Jeffries has been active with Habitat for Humanity, Kids Against Hunger, Gigi’s Playhouse and Stand Up to Cancer. He attended Indiana University-Kokomo, where he was a member of the basketball team.
