He joined the bank 13 years ago as a commercial banking manager and in 2016 was named Muncie region president. McKee has more than 30 years of industry experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from Butler University. David Greene has been named Hamilton County market president. He has been with the bank for 12 years, most recently serving as middle market manager and first vice president. Green has more than 30 years of industry experience and is a graduate of Michigan State University. Steve Karn has been named president of investment real estate. He has served as the company’s manager of real estate investment since 2016, prior to which he was a senior vice president at Bank of America. A graduate of Indiana University, Karn has more than 30 years of banking experience. INDIANA TRUST WEALTH MANAGEMENT / Mishawaka Tina M. Patton has been appointed vice president, director of nonprofit and foundation engagement. She joined the organization as trust operations manager in 1989 and since has served in positions including director of operations and director of information technology. Patton is chair of the Ivy Tech Community College regional board of trustees, South Bend and Elkhart campuses; a board member of the United Religious Community of St. Joseph County; and a member and former program chair of the South Bend area chapter of The Links Inc. Additionally, she is a former funding committee member of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County’s African American Fund; has served on the boards of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra, Memorial Hospital and Health Systems, South Bend Heritage Foundation, Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, YWCA North Central Indiana and Hannah’s House; and has participated in the ITT Technical Institute program advisory committee. Patton was inducted into the South Bend Community Hall of Fame in 2019. She holds designations as a certified securities operations professional and certified information security manager; earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-South Bend and an executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame; and is an alumna of Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka. CENTIER BANK / Merrillville Amanda McCord has been promoted to downtown South Bend branch manager. She joined the bank in 2015 and has served as customer service representative, universal banker and assistant branch manager. McCord is active with Roseland Rotary, the Young Professionals Network of South Bend, South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Children’s Dispensary & Hospital Association and Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County. She received the company’s Servant Heart Award earlier this year. Todd Hentschel has been appointed business line marketing manager. He has nine years of prior marketing and management experience in the casino industry. A graduate of Purdue University-North Central, Hentschel competes in equestrian events through the American Quarter Horse Association. TRI-COUNTY BANK & TRUST COMPANY Roachdale G. Michael “Mitch” Mitchell has joined the bank as executive vice president, senior lender. He has 15 years of lending experience, including bank management roles. Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis. Steven D. McLaughlin, vice president and security officer, has been named business development officer. He joined the bank in 1992 and has more than 30 years of banking experience. McLaughlin is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University.
