He has more than 15 years of experience in SBA lending advisory work and more than 30 years of experience advising commercial investors, developers and small business owners. Menner has been active with the Salvation Army, Wheeler Mission, Jireh Sports Ministry and the United Way. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Jeff Nelson has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender. He has been in commercial banking for more than 40 years in the central Indiana area, with the past 16 years in the Kokomo community. Nelson most recently was market president for another financial institution. McNally has joined the bank as vice president, credit administration officer. He has 18 years of experience in financial services. McNally is a commissioner of the South Bend Housing Authority and a member of the Downtown South Bend Rotary Club. Additionally, he volunteers for Junior Achievement and for Saint Joseph Grade School. McNally earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Clay J. Bright has joined the bank as assistant retail banking officer, Elkhart East office. He has five years of experience in financial services. Bright has volunteered as a coach for the Plymouth High School bowling team, for a Lawrence Little League baseball team and for Plymouth Youth Soccer. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College. Austin L. Bair has joined the bank as Community Reinvestment Act officer. He has five years of experience in financial services. Bair has volunteered with Boys and Girls Clubs of Elkhart County as a STEM mentor. He is a graduate of Indiana University-South Bend. Amanda R. Ellsworth has been promoted to vice president, credit administration officer. She has been with the bank for 20 years and volunteers as an Elkhart County Mini 4-H leader. Ellsworth is a graduate of Indiana University-South Bend. Ashley R. Hite has been promoted to retail banking loan officer. She joined the bank in 2018 and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
